A corner office desk needs the proper location to truly be efficient. Ideally an office desk will be set in a corner. It does not have to be shoved against the corner wall but it may sit out from the walls and the corner. The form of this type of desk, however, indicates it should be used in a corner.

It is best to make sure you have access to a power supply for your computer or other office equipment. You also need to situate your corner table where you have a good light source. A home often has different lighting than an office does so be aware of where your light source comes from. Equally important is the proper ventilation.
